You have completed training in the catering or hotel industry, have several years of experience and very good service skills. You are superior to all other restaurant employees (m/f/d) and are responsible for the representation and organization of the restaurant operation, customer service, monitoring the profitability of the restaurant operation, the instruction and assessment of employees (m/f/d), menu and wine list preparation in cooperation with the head chef and some technical tasks in direct customer service in the restaurant. You are also our interface for the implementation of all hospitality measures for our guests at events. Perfect manners, a well-groomed appearance, good German language skills, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours are required.
