Our culinary offer
Those who come to Bavaria want to enjoy with all their senses – and that naturally includes hearty and delicious food. We attach great importance to regional cuisine: although it is typically Bavarian, we also like to surprise you with seasonal specialties. Especially in the fall hunting season, we offer a lot of local game from our own hunt.
In our lunch subscription, on our monthly menu or seasonal menu you will always find the latest delicious dishes such as chanterelles or a spicy vegan Thai curry.
High quality and versatile
Sustainability is also important to us: We process the whole animal, from “nose to tail”. For example, you can look forward to a tasty Burgundy roast or delicious burgers from the bull. You can also try our varied fish dishes from the nearby fish farm. Potatoes and our crunchy fresh vegetables are also of local origin. We also rely on a brewery from the region with regional brewing barley for our beer.

Kitchen opening hours
Monday to Friday 11:30 – 14:00 and 17:30 – 21:00
At weekends the kitchen is open all day with a snack menu.
Tuesday is a day off.
January to Easter is additionally closed on Mondays at noon, open in the evening.
